I would like to remedy the fact that there is a lack of inter-disciplinary courses in the curriculum for engineering majors. This problem can be resolved with an increase in cooperation among USC’s different colleges. Through cluster courses that combine many different areas of study (think the relation of science and religion in regards to evolution), students can broaden their education to include more than just their designated major, and in turn, become more well-rounded. |

Experience and willingness to learn from past mistakes insures that we continue on in a better way. I intend to use past Senate experience to assist students and the University in their educational mission. |
