the Constitutional Council
Chief Justice:
Cassidy Evans

The duties of the Chief Justice consist of
chairing all Constitutional Challenges, Election Appeals, and
Impeachment Hearings. The Chief Justice is appointed by the
Student Body President and then confirmed the Student Government
Senate. The Chief Justice serves until their graduation.
Associate Justices:
The duties of an associate justice consist of sitting
on all Constitutional Challenges and Election Appeals. The position
is appointed by the Student Body President and then confirmed by the
Student Government Senate. All Associate Justices serve until their
graduation.
Clerk of the Constitutional Council
Vacant
The Clerk of the Constitutional Council is
appointed by the Chief Justice. Their duties include managing all
Council documents and maintaining the Court during hearings. Please
contact the Chief Justice if you are interested in the position.
