The Student Government
Constitutional Council
The Student Government Constitutional Council
operates as the Judicial Branch for Student Government. Their duties
include handling any Constitutional Challenges, Election Appeals,
and Impeachments.
Constitutional Challenges can be made by
any member of the Student body who wishes to challenge the
constitutionality of any Student Government practice. Forms and
procedures to file an appeal can be found

Election Appeals can be filed during
Elections by Candidates wishing to challenge a decision made by the
Elections Commission. Forms and procedures to file an appeal can be

page).
Impeachments are implemented by the
Student Government Senate with the Senate Judiciary Committee
serving as the Court of Impeachment. The Chief Justice serves as the
Chair of the Court of Impeachment.
